Registration will be finalized after conference registration form and the bank draft are sent by fax or mail. The registration also can be made during the conference.
Registration fee includes;

• Badge
• Conference bag
• Attending scientific sessions
• Abstract and program books
• Other documents
• Coffee breaks
• Opening cocktail and closing ceremony

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only when a written notice send to the organization secretariat until September 05, 2003. Only 50 % of registration fee will be refunded. Please notice that no refund will be made after September 05, 2003.

All refund process will be made after the conference.
